For items in stock, we will ship immediately in 3 business days upon receiving your payment. We will ship all your items as soon as possible. After posting out your items, we would update the order status from “Processing to Delivered”. We do not deliver on public holidays. All orders are shipped from Malaysia via POS LAJU that is provided by POS MALAYSIA / and DHL (for International destination) You will receive a tracking number. EXCHANGE and RETURNS

Once we have confirmed with the defective items, we would immediately EXCHANGE non-defective / correct merchandises for you, or CREDIT the payment amount to your account with immediate use. Buyers are required to bear items returning shipping cost.

NO CLAIMS on used goods. Orders that are returned to us due to unclaimed, incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer, AND will only be resent at the Customers expense.
