If Nasi Goreng, the mash up of rice, ...egg and vegetables is Indonesia’s nation food dish then DJ and producer Angger Dimas represents Indonesia’s national music dish with his mash up of chopped beats and pumping synths that are topped off with some Dutch inspired spicy sounds!
Hailing from Jakarta 22 year old Angger has been playing guitar since the age of 7 and began his journey into dance music after launching his DJ career just 3 short years ago. Signed to Australia’s mighty Vicious Recordings in early 2009 Angger has spent the rest of the year tuning his craft and making quite an impact in the process! His debut release “Duck Army” was played by the likes of Tocadisco, Joachim Garraud and Laidback Luke, just to name a few - it’s tuff, bleepy, but still jacking sound showcasing the Angger Dimas production and DJ sound. Following this release he teamed up with Vandalism and enjoyed massive international support on his collaboration release "She Got It". Added to the Australian 2010 Ministry Of Sound Annual CD, this track was also dropped by Sebastien Ingrosso as his opening track at the famed “Sensation” event on New Years Eve in Melbourne & regularly features in the playlists of David Guetta, Chuckie, Armand Van Helden, Laidback Luke and even Axwell.

Angger’s most recent remix “I Like That” by Richard Vission & Static Revenger went Top20 in the UK’s Cool Cuts Club Chart and continued his tradition of turning out pumping remixes for the likes of Ian Carey (3BEAT UK), Oliver Twizt (Spinnin, Netherlands), Kaskade (Ultra, US), Mind Electric (Vicious), Freemasons (LOADED UK), Javi Mula (BLANCO Y NEGRO, Spain), Tommie Sunshine (ULTRA US) and Sgt Slick (Vicious).
Angger’s “Fight Club” was smashed internationally by dj’s all over the world, paving the way for his new single “Plastik” released through Vicious in early 2010. Angger hit Australia & New Zealand in February 2010 on DJ tour with Avicii (Sweden) after constantly rocking the best parties & clubs in Indonesia for the past 3 years. His pumping performances were received with rave reviews and gave him the opportunity to road test forthcoming collaborations with ARIA Nominated DJ/producer Tommy Trash, Ministry Of Sound’s Neon Stereo and stable mate Vandalism.

MGMT

MGMT has been in our minds for quite some time. It is one of our main influenced in music. This American band based in Brooklyn, New York, consisting of Ben Goldwasser and Andrew VanWyngarden. Formed at Wesleyan University and originally with Cantora Records, they signed with Columbia Records and Red Ink in 2006.

On October 5, 2007, Spin.com named MGMT "Artist of the Day". On November 14, 2007, Rolling Stone pegged MGMT as a top 10 "Artist to Watch" in 2008. The band was named 9th in the BBC's Sound of 2008 top 10 poll. They were also named as Last.fm's most played new artist of 2008 in their Best of 2008 lists. Wow thats an achievement!

Their first album as MGMT, Oracular Spectacular, debuted at number 12 on the UK album chart and number six on the Australian ARIA Charts, and hit number one on the Billboard Top Heatseekers chart. It has also been named the 18th best album of the decade by Rolling Stone magazine. It was named the best album of 2008 by NME. MGMT also appeared prominently in Australia's Triple J Hottest 1002008, coming in 2nd with "Electric Feel", 5th with "Kids" and 18th with "Time to Pretend".

MGMT was nominated for the 2010 Grammy Award for Best New Artist, and their track "Kids" was nominated for Best Pop Performance By a Duo or Group with Vocals. These are the first Grammy nominations for the band. At the 2009 Grammy Awards, the Justice remix of "Electric Feel" won the Grammy for Best Remixed Recording, Non-Classical

Their second album, Congratulations, was released on April 13, 2010. MGMT is performing at Lollapalooza 2010 in Chicago'sGrant Park. Additionally they will be playing an aftershow Aug 6th at House of Blues. This show is a Platform One Entertainment Dare 2 Dream benefit concert to benefit The People's Music School in Chicago. They have just been added to the lineup for the well-known Voodoo Experience 2010 taking place over Halloween weekend in New Orleans, LA.

Urbanscapes 2010

2010 - A third installment for our company and the second installment for Badger. This year we have learn a lot with our previous Urbanscapes. So this year we team up with Bass punks which they will provide all the music all day long with a lil party for all of our customers. thanks Farez & Rooks for the hardworking and the opportunity. It was a great concept. Me like it. Like always It was hot, super hot but lucky we wre not on the tarmac or the swampy area. Thank god. Moreover I love jet fuel kinda took our place and we were given even better tent. Lucky us! Overall, we had a blast! Thanks Urbanscapes for the hype events, thanks our partner for the party all day long and thanks to all the customer. You rawk our world!

Hello guys, Our good friend and endorse Danger Disko and his fellow DJs will create a new music label called Bass Punks International. Its a collaboration of few DJs. They just create a new wing in Indonesia, and will be spreading their wings to Australia soon. They will have a official launch this Friday at Neutral Club 11 pm onwards. The best thing is it on 3D. You gotta have those cool 3D glasses yaww. Its gonna be dope with those DJs throwing some rough beats down the floor. It gonna make you party all night long!
